A Place At The Beach IV is located in the Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach, known for its family-friendly atmosphere. Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the the East
Coast, is located just steps from the condo.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and grounds of A Place At The Beach IV.

The ocean front resort is located in a quiet neighborhood on Shore Drive in the Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach, SC. It is just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping including Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway At The Beach and Tanger Outlets.

The condo is located just 25 minutes from the International Airport. Most area attractions are within a 20 minute ride up or down Highway 17. Free parking is available on site for one vehicle per unit during your stay.

The condo is centrally located to many area attractions. There are many restaurants and small shops within walking distance in the neighborhood.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
